Hi everyone! My name is Avice. At my age of 25, I am already the mother of a beautiful girl. I want to tell you how to maintain healthy hair during pregnancy. Problems with hair have made themselves felt since the 9th week of pregnancy (at about 2 months), by this time I already knew about my situation. The dim sight, the tips of the tips and the innumerable field of hair on the floor after combing - all this was an unpleasant bonus to the growing tummy. First of all, I stopped painting my braids. Fortunately, it was summer, and I also showered the dryer, allowing my locks to dry without the participation of high temperatures. But even a decrease in the chemical and thermal effects did not improve the condition of the hair. When you are pregnant, the thoughts of harm to the future child are your first priority. So I decided not to use the finished products, which are offered by cosmetic companies, but turned to natural means for hair care during pregnancy. I tried many variants of masks and rinsers - some of them gave an instant result, while others proved to be useless. Since my hair length is above average, the cost of components also increased 3-4 times. And the future childbirth is a costly business, and I had all the savings. Therefore, I did not excel, but used the most accessible elements. Through trial and error, I brought out the ideal program for restoring the health of hair and preventing their weakening, which I recommend to you. Masks for hair during pregnancy
Masks I did 2 times a week - on Wednesday and Sunday. It was my weekend, and I could walk around the apartment with a turban all day. The masks presented below are designed for long hair, so for short / medium hair you can reduce the proportions. General recommendations: • the mask should be at room temperature (we warm it up on a steam bath); • exposure time 50-60 minutes; • The mask should be rinsed with a special rinse aid, and only afterwards with water. • The masks alternate each time in order to make at least one species per month. The composition of the masks, I picked up so that the hair received additional nutrition, restored its structure (especially the split ends) and decreased hair loss. Types of masks: 1. 5 tablespoons of coconut oil + 3 drops of cocoa butter + 3 drops of camphor oil; 2. 1 bag of blue clay, diluted to a creamy consistency + 1 tablespoon of linseed oil + 2 tablespoons of avocado oil (it can be changed for olive oil); 3. Aloe juice (1 stem length of 13-15 cm) + 150 grams of fatty home-made sour cream (or cream); 4. 1 bag of blue clay + 5 table spoons of burdock oil. After the time of exposure to the hair has passed, it is necessary to wash it off. But, do not rush it under running water. Firstly, before washing off the mask, I recommend that you do a head massage so that the mixture is absorbed into the roots of the hair, and secondly, the mask will be better washed and there will not be a feeling of heaviness if you apply a rinse, after which my head is ordinary water. I use these tools: 1. Apple vinegar diluted with water. I have a convenient jug in which I make an acetic solution - for 3 liters of water half a cup of vinegar, preferably natural. This solution perfectly removes fat from the hair. 2. Citrus solution. For 3 liters of water, I take a little more than half a lemon or a whole orange. Aroma of hair - do not betray in words, and the feeling of freshness remains for the whole day. 3. Decoction of chamomile. To do this, you need to fill in a quart jar with 2.5 tablespoons chamomile and pour them with boiling water. Just as long as you hold the mask, the daisy is infused, and after 40 minutes it is ready. Strain, diluted with water (to make my favorite 3 liters) and can be washed off. With the help of such simple procedures, I went to the delivery with perfect hair. Moreover, during breastfeeding, I continued to use masks and rinsing solutions. But, while I replaced coconut oil with olive oil and removed the citrus components in order to avoid allergies in the daughter.
